Hey all, if you’re not doing anything on Sat, Oct 7th, why not join Guanche and I for the First Annual Florida LC500 Rally. Actually, we’re just gonna crash the “Rally to the Coast” being organized by Orlando Cars & Coffee

Date: Sat, Oct 7th, 2023

Time: Arrive by 8am, rally starts at 8:15, Cars & Coffee in Melbourne runs from 9a - 12p

Starting location: Boxi Park near Lake Nona, 6877 Tavistock Lakes Blvd, Orlando

Ending location: Tint World / Mr. Brews Tap House, 3945 E. Eau Gallie Blvd, Melbourne

Rally itinerary: Not sure if they’re planning to head east on 528 to I-95 or if they’re planning to head south to hook up with 192. Either way should be a blast and supposedly they’ll have a camera car to video all the shananigans, er, safe driving

J/K - AFAIK anyone’s allowed - the event is being organized by Orlando Cars & Coffee and I’m just trying to drum up as many LC’s as possible to crash it with me

No cool aid but the forecast for this Saturday’s Rally in Orlando is 89 deg so I’ll bring lots of Gatorade for my fellow LC500 drivers

 

Bump - only 59 hours to go until the rally! Forecast for Saturday is mostly sunny and a high of 89 degrees so it should be awesome weather for the morning rally

Thanks Bruce - no unfortunately that’s it although Tipsy may show up in his unknown Lexus model I’ll continue to bump this thread tomorrow so who knows maybe some more LC folks will see it and show up. I’ll be leaving Melbourne a little early as I need get to Gainesville for the Gator-Vandy game which kicks off at 4:00 - I’m looking forward to driving the LC top down through the Ocala Nat’l Forest on the way there.
