My 2014 ES350 Rattles since first week. It now has about 6700 miles on it.The dash and steering column rattle at random. The dealer had the car for five days and fixed the rattles for two days. Then they came back with more rattles, again, intermittent. I get no response from the dealer when I ask them for a resolution. This car clearly is a bad build. I live 350 miles from the dealer and can't just pop in to leave the car. I am frustrated. I have had Lexus cars for decades and this is the first incident. I need some advice. I don't want to keep putting miles on this car and stay in motels to fix a problem the dealer can't fix. I mentioned a buy back and never heard from the dealer again. So here I sit with a car that rattles and no route to resolution. I can't even sell the car because it rattles.
