Navigation System for GS?

Navigation System?
Which aftermarket navigation system would you guys recommend. I have been looking at the Alpine IVA-D900 with the NVE-N852A. Would anyone have any ideas with a better combination? Thanks for the help. I want to try to decide as quick as possible.
