The only really good piece is the XDP4000X. Basically the guts out of their Z50 system. Everything else - questionable for a "high end" setup.

Basicaly this is one of the lowest type of audio installs in one of the highest brands of cars. This kinda made me cry.

 

Let me clear it up for everyone. This is the flow chart for a 165,000.00 car.

 

The car would really get the attention at the shows.

 

Almost seems a shame to clutter such a fine automobile with stereo at all. I don't believe anything can top the sound of that engine/exhaust combo. But thats just my .02

 

I see this every month in Mobile Entertainment. Usually better stuff than Sony, but rarely do I see something I would consider 'high end', and most always the equipment is mainstream. Needless to say I nigh shat myself when I saw a vehicle using Rainbow/Arc...

 

Uh, by the way....I don't even think I'd put something CALLED Xplod in a Ferrari.

 

They named the line Xplod for a reason....

 

That ARC/Rainbow truck is pretty sick. It does not sound as good as I hoped it would but it is a purely show car...not an SQ competitor. Since we are talking about Car Audio & Electronics, check out the review on TRU Technology C7 amp. Thats my new toy...posting pics this week.
