Default Wrong jump start

...plz help!! I have lexus is300hybrid 2013,non mark levinson.
i jumpstarted my car wrong(negative on postive) then i correct them and my car started ok. After a while i noticed the the nav screen off(black) and there is no sound(no music no radio no back camera.....) .i tried to disconnect the battery terminal and reconnect it ,and nothing.
Then i took it to some electrics and they checked everything(fuses, harnesses, the screen itself, the amplifier)and told me its probablyyy the stereo is fried.not very sure because the stereo is on and the light on it is on also ,and it can take cd and eject it normally... what do you think plz?
and what all that harnesses that plugs on the stereo?
thx🙃

I agree with the shop. You probably fried the stereo although the light is on. The amplifier no longer works so you may need to replace everything. You have a couple of options. I would get a new aftermarket one.

Try to find a used stereo and amp, although I do not know if they are integrated or separate in your car.
Look at Maybe eBay or

Also search here for aftermarket ones and advice as to what will fit as you can use many aftermarket stereos in this vehicle for less money than the factory one. Or go back and ask the electronic store what aftermarket stereos they have. You could install someting much better than what Lexus gave you with modern 2020 stuff for less money.
