Default Weird issues

Hey there folks!
i have a 2006 rx400h, and after having the stereo upgraded and nav (DVD) unit replaced since it was not working, I have had some odd issues with the car!

1. No longer need to depress the brake to start the car?
Starts just with turning the key

2. While in park the car will rock itself forward and back when it turns the engine on to idle ... Does that sound normal?

3. Odd noise/vibration while accelerating up to where the electric motor is taken over by the gas engine. Appears to work as expected after battery disconnect/reconnect for a week or so

4. This last one is probably unrelated but sound output cuts in and out while head unit keeps all other functionality. Gets worse overtime. Also resolves for a while (1 week before issues pops up again) after disconnecting /reconnecting battery

Not sure if any of these are related but wanted the general wisdom of the group if there's something I'm missing!
Much appreciated folks <3

Do you have any details about the new setup?

Hey there!
I do have an update on part of the issue. Took it back to geek squad and the intermittent sound issue can happen if the wiring harness module is not updated with the most recent software or is simply a malfunctioning unit. New cars need a data signal to turn on the amp, not just a power line like old systems apparently, so these modules replace the factory radio with that functionality. In my case the unit was malfunctioning altogether so I got a much newer one than they had installed before and updated it to the latest software, and no more sound issues! The head unit is a Kenwood double din and the module is a metra I believe if anyone's interested

The other issues were not resolved alas. I will say I notice the vibration less after filling the tank up completely
