Hi gang, I have a 2010 IS350 that I purchased used. Yesterday I downloaded the Lexus app from the Apple app store and registered etc. When it came time to link my vehicle to the app, it said it was already registered under a different email address. There's no option in the app to rectify this or even a support area. Does anyone know how I might be able to "clear" the VIN from being hooked to (I assume) the previous owner? I'm thinking the Lexus dealer wouldn't know anything about how the app works, but I could be wrong.
