I was very disappointed that, in my Lexus UX audio system, tracks are ordered alphabetically by title title, based on title tag. So I browse by artist, then by album, then tracks. Tracks MUST be order by Tracks number, not alphabetically.
I was obliged to write few lines of code to modify the title tag, prepending the track number. I hope some lexus/toyota engineer will correct this behavior.

Next, another question. Is it possible to read a playlist from USB drive with the lexus audio system? If so, how can I prepare it?

I don't know that you can make a play list. What I am going to try is to start editing the tags and or titles on my Audio Book MP3 files to see if I can convince the darned media player to play them in the correct order.
This very frustrating and I agree, it's absurd that the play doesn't follow the numeric track order.
What artist ever released an album where the songs appeared in alphabetical order? :-)

P.S. I don't have the visual media player either so there's not much in the way of browsing that I can even do.
