I would appreciate your assistance.

My manager owns a Lexus car. When he uses his "iPhone X" in the car (while the iWtach is on) he can hear well but the other side can't hear him well at all.

When he puts the iWatch on a "flight mode" or turn it off, there is no problem.

All versions for the iPhone X and iWatch are updated.

It seems that it is related to Bluetooth issues.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

It could be that the car is trying to use the watch, instead of the phone- which has a crappier microphone.

It could also be that the phone/watch are in some weird apple handoff mode.... have him just simply turn the bluetooth off on the watch when he wants to make calls.

 

I use my watch and car intercom system just fine. Dont answer calls from your phone or the watch, answer them from the infotainment system, this defaults the audio output and input to the cars speakers and microphone.

 

I too have a apple watch and iphone and have no issues at all.

 

Same, iPhone X, and an Apple Watch, no issues.

 

i just bought the 2012 IS250 F Type and use a iphone Xs. Will i be able to use this via blue tooth for my contacts to call folks?
I plan to have the car checked out by local lexus dealer. Are there any updates that can be had to help my interface with iphone?
