Just purchased a beautiful RX350 (to replace an incredibly durable 2005 RX330) and, after 3 hours trying to get everything programmed, I simply got stumped on two issues:

1. Is there a magical voice command to get the navigation to understand the Destination Pre-Set of "Patriot High School?" It will certainly get me "home" and send me to a specific address.....but nothing on a pre-set.

2. It defies the 11 miles on the Odometer, but there are about a dozen FM/AM pre-set stations on the radio. I can't find any way (or a "factory default) to clear them out.

Thanks so much for any advice. Trust me, I went through every page of the manuals and 100 Google Searches.
