Default touchpad randomly doesn't accept clicking

I have a 2015 RCF and the touchpad will (at its own discretion) decide to not accept double-tabs or clicking. I can scroll with it (for example pinching and expanding the map or highlighting different icons within the menu) but it just won't accept clicks until I reset the unit by pushing the radio power button for a few seconds. This seems to resolve the problem for a while, but it'll re-appear randomly. I've checked and the software is update to date. The touchpad appears to depress OK (and it works sometimes.) Haven't tried compressed air around the touchpad yet but that'll be my next move. Has anybody else seen similar and/or have a fix? Thanks in advance!
