Question rearfill speaker

anyone here used the stock amp and stock rear speakers for rearfill?
how does it sound and can the stock paper cone speaker take the beating when cranked up the volume?
thanks

Default rearfill

does that mean you are going to use aftermarket products? if so, what are you going to use?
new head unit? new front speakers? aftermarket amp?
please specify. it would make it easier to help out
