Yesterday my volume/power **** on the factory radio came loose and then shortly thereafter (while attempting to adjust the volume) the entire radio stopped working. I can turn it on and off, and the antenna will go up and down, but no sound comes through the speakers and the numbers do not appear on the dispay. What could be going on? I have taken off the ****, but I don't see how the **** being loose could stop the radio from fuctioning altogether. Is it possible that the radio's built-in security has been activated somehow? If this is the case, how would I know?
