Default Speaker Cover

Anyone know where I could get a cheap sub speaker cover? The one have in the back dash is faded and begging to fall apart. The dealership wanted $299...

I saw one on ebay last week, but it looked pretty dingy...eh

What part of it is falling apart? if its the fabric mabey u can have the fabric replaced at somekinda local store...

How about getting some fabric, take apart your frame, and replace it yourself? I don't know how feasible this is, just throwing out the idea for discussion.
