Hey guys this is what has been going on. I just received a changer cart. throught the mail and tried it out. The eject button on my changer stays lit so i figured it would be functional. I dropped the cart in there, full of cds. Needless to say it didnt work and I preceeded to check my fuses. Well I have an "Add-A-Circuit" ext. on my radio 2 fuse in my cabin for my amp that is in my trunk hooked up to my subs. Checked those and they were fine, as well as the radio 1 fuse in the engine bay. Replaced those fuses in their same places. Then there is ABSOLUTELY NO power to my headunit. I have tried several times, playing with the fuses and nothing has worked. Now when i plug that ciruit ext. into the same fuse my subs hit with one continuous tone. My eject light on my changer is on as well but still have NO power to my headunit. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
Check your PM.
As for the headunit power thing, I don't have any idea right now. Did it work before? Does it light up at all, or is it just not getting a signal? Tell us a little more about your added on sub amp.
onelasttry may be of more help here....I think he is an installer

follow this link and remove the center console. then probe the radio plugs with the key on and verify hot and remote wires are correctly energized. if so, the head unit is toast.
you also need to probe every related fuse (domelight, cigar plug....ect) and check them for continuity. sometimes fuses seperate at he base, not in the middle. some separations arent visible.
well i was talking to my uncle the other day and he mentioned that it is probably in "safe mode." Because the power source was cut off. He said that it prob just needs to be re programed. could thisbe the case?
If so how would i do this?
Then what is this code for? I need to get this headunit running and the only thing that i did in the first place was disconnect the power by removing the main fuse? Could that blow it? I dont understand...it worked just fine a second before i messed with the fuses! And I had all the fuses chacked and they are all working! Is there any point in calling Lexus and giving them my VIN to try to get this "code" that might exist?
I am having that same problem with my 92 ES300....I disconnected my changer and poof, now nothing works...I have checked the fuses in both places and everything is fine....I too thought that the stereo needed to be programmed but I guess not....If you find a fix to getting the head unit working again, please let me know....
I had basically the same problem as your with the CD changer too....The button would light up but wouldn't work...
