We are stuck and don't understand why. We have a aftermarket amp and sub. The wiring diagram is
Power cord: battery to amp
Speaker wire: 12v fuse to amp
Ground: amp to ground
Stock sub wires: through loc RCA to +\- sub spots.
There is nothing connecting the sub and amp, but there shouldn't be since we're going to through the stock sub wires, right?
Amp gets power but the sub is not working. Please help!
The LOC needs to be connect to the factory sub wires on one side and the amp input on the other. Then the AMP's speaker outs connect to the new subwoofer. The LOC probably has a few more connections (remote turn on for the amp, ground, etc) but you get the idea.
