NAV for 2000 ES300

NAV for 2000 ES300
The 2000 ES300 didn't come with the NAV option but the 2001 did. Is it possible to take a kit from the 2001 model and put it into the 2000 model? If not are there any dash kits for the 2000 ES300 so I could put an aftermarket NAV system in?
