Rattling GS350 with 12" kicker in trunk?
With Lexus being so well put-together, rattling with my 12" Rockford Fosgate P1 Punch sub and 2014 Lexus GS350 is kept to a minimum. However, the gas tank door door rattle quite a bit, causing unwanted attention. After taking a long hard look at it, I still cannot tell whether or not it is the plastic connector piece (stretching between car and gas door) or some other component. I feel like adding rubber SOMEWHERE may do the trick.
Has anyone else experienced this or anything similar? Looking for input to hopefully solve this annoyance.

there are little nipple-looking things on the gas lid frame on the car where the gas lid contacts - that are made of hard plastic. put some velcro or some double sided tape (don't expose the adhesive on the side that touches the gas lid) and it will shut that thing up.
when you fill up and open the cap, it busts out like a small explosion. and when you close it, it takes a bit of pressure...
