Can someone post a picture showing or tell me where the stock navigation antenna is. I know they are mount on the rear deck, but where exactly. Thank you in advance.

 

To the left side , on the rear deck , at least that`s where mine is , but I got the 2000 GS-400, so, maybe there is a difference between 1999 and 2000.

I am doing an oem nav conversion and looking for a place to mount the oem nav antenna. Thus I want to see exactly how lexus had mounted it (ie how close is it to the rear mirror...etc.)

got all the parts, built the wiring myself, still wait for the warm weather to install it. I should be able to power up the whole nav system from my portable battery (inside of couse), I will give that a try soon.
