I followed it back and it seem to be connected to a pursuit alarm box.. But still have no clue what the switch does..

its a switch that turns your alarm on/off
led flashes when on and activated

It's called a valet switch normally gets installed near the rear view mirror basically a quick disarm button incase you lose your remote or have to get you car locksmithed
