Aftermaket DVD NAVI sound Issue
I recently upgraded my factory radio unit to a pioneer X920BT, I used the Scosche TA07SR harness for the install. It was working fine but has one problem some times it does not have any sound put out. I generally have to turn off the power and turn it back on to make it work. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Also does anyone have installed the steering wheel control with their aftermarket radio? I have the steering wheel control interface for pioneer PAC SWI-RC I believe and it didn't came with a connector so I don't know if I should cut the wires or what should I do?

the TA07SR doesn't list the 06 RX as an application so that might be one issue. The Metra TYTO-01 interface does work the 06 just as an fyi.
the PAC SWI-RC should have a right angle 3.5.. jack coming off the box, that's what gets plugged into the Pioneer radio. Did you get the PAC piece new or used? Maybe someone decided to cut the plug off.

Thnx for the tip, I will look more into the harness. The steering wheel control I got it used and the side goes into the head unit is still there, but it didn't came with an installation manual, I downloaded one but it's still pretty confusing. Do u know I there's a tutorial somewhere for the install? There were a whole bunch of loose wires, not sure what to do with them.
