I really need help. I am new to this forum but I have an '06 IS250 with ML nav unit.
Current software version is showing 05.1 however, most people in this situation can touch the top left, bottom left, top left, and bottom left of the screen to bypass the in motion lock. I can't.


Anyway, I downloaded two DVD's, the 11.1 and 12.1.
Theyburned fine and comments show the DVDs work for others but neither load.


I located the Owner's Manual and with the car off, I pulled two fuses out, TV_1 (10v), TV_2 (7.5v) and then noticed when I powered the car in IG mode - the screen said DO NOT POWER OFF NAV UNIT LOADING, but it went back to the default I AGREE screen.

I went over to the MAP DVD screen but all I can do there is eject. It says MAP DVD not inserted.

So, I am stumped as to why this seems to work for others but DOES NOT work for me. Has anyone gotten it to work? What am I doing wrong?
