Default Wetokole Heated Seat Covers

Hey guys I bought some nice wetokole seat covers with built in heaters for my 2009 IS250. The heaters work really well but the annoying thing is that there is no hard wire kit for the heaters so I have to run the connection into the center console and plug it into the cigarette lighter. There is a control box to adjust to 3 different heat settings. Ideally, I would like to hard wire the connection and somehow be able to control the heat settings from my dashboard but that may be asking too much. At the very least I want to be able to hard wire the connection but still use the control box with less connection that is exposed. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any advice/pics would be greatly appreciated. This thread has some pics of a seat cover and control box that are the same as mine:

Thanks in advance.
