low audio volume on 93 ls400

low audio volume on 93 ls400
My 93 ls400 has low audio volume from the front and rear speakers.. the woofer works great..
I have checked the speakers and wiring, and find no faults.
How can I test the output of the radio for correct power output...??
I am a longtime electronic hobbiest, so using a VOM and standard test equipment is not a problem for me..
But, I dont know the correct voltage output to the speakers at low and high volume..
Any help is appreciated..
