Default SC300 Radio Issue

I thought I'd ask the forum before taking the car in. I have a '92 Lexus SC300 with 86,000 miles.
The radio is OEM with the cassette feature. The radio all of a sudden stopped working.

No light on the radio.

Antenna does not go up (is in down position).

I checked and replaced (just to be sure) the two fuses. One in the engine compartment and the other on the drivers side inside.

In doing Internet searches I have come across a 'radio reset code' but never mentioned in the same breath for a SC300.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Else she goes into a local automotive audio joint.
Thank You

If you are confident that the fuses are good and you didn't do anything that compromise the accessory harness, you might want to take a look at the amp to see whether it has gone bad.

I also have the same problem with mine. Any ideas on what could be the problem?
