Default Weird phone issue

I reset my ECU a few weeks ago. My phone is removed and I even cut the dialer thingy off the steering wheel. However, when I start my car, the phone beeps through the speakers. How do I fix this?

Fuses in this car are integrated. Pull one fuse, lose ten functions. Unplug the phone unit in the drivers side rear quarter (should be).
