Steering Wheel Audio Controls

Does anyone know if I can take the controls from the 01 GS430 steering wheel and put them onto my 01 GS300? I notice the blank panel where the controls on the wheel, I removed it, but couldn't figure where they'd plug in.

No you can't install the radio control from a GS430 to a GS300. The cover you are refering to is for the phone command module. In addition the wiring in the wheel is different because of the E-shift. Sorry!

GS 300/430 Steering Wheels - Radio Controls
I was wondering, and I see some people asking kind of the same question.
I wanted to know if you can replace the whole GS300 steering wheel with a GS430 wheel - is the dash/steering column pre-wired so that if you completely removed the 300 wheel, you'd find a harness for the 430 wheel hiding inside somewhere?
I'd much rather have the 430 wheel with radio controls than the 300 with the e-shift contrils.
