can i install my cd changer from my 99 ls400 into my 00 rx300. the ls has the "premium" i assume pioneer system, and my rx also has the "premium" i dont know what it is system. the rx did not come with a factory cd changer, but the hu has the changer controls on it.
if so, should the rx harness already have the connection already there?

ok, that said, i want to get the usa spec ipod adaptor for the 99 ls, but they do not specify one available, they do have one for the 00 rx. if the changer is compatible with both, why wouldnt the adaptor be?

because none of what you're talking about is actually interchangeable... the RX and the LS used totally different part no. CD changers and are wired/work in very different ways.

yes the 99 non nakamichi ls400 is comptible with the 2000 non nakamchi es300 cd changer and all adapters are also cross compatible. if either has naKAMICHI SYSTEM THEN NOT CROSS COMPATIBLE.
