Hi All.

As we all know the windows up feature on the keyfob is disabled in the U.S. Well it's a similar story for the 4Runner rear window function. On the 4Runner forum a DIY was posted that essentially fools the ECU into thinking your using the key in the door. I'm not sure if this can be adapted to the Lexus models but it seems that the override function would operate the same way by converting the keyfob signal to the door key signal. I haven't tried it yet but thought I would forward it along in case someone here wants to give it a shot.

sure i dont see why but it can be easier to use a after market alarm with input option threw the remote...i miss that on my 94 maxima but that was done threw the door keypad
