Default hellllp.. free air.. Pioneer TS-W254F??

i have a 2000 gs400 without nak. what 10" free air sub should i install that will NOT require a new amp?? can i install the Pioneer TS-W254F and run it with the existing amp? i've heard a lot about the JL 10IB4 but i believe that requires a new amp. please help, i am a dummy when it comes to audio.

can you use the JL 10IB4 with the stock amp?? just drop it in??

hm.. i've been reading about new subs and it seems like i NEED to purchase a new amp. if you had around $200-250 to spend on a free air sub and amp.. what combo would you do?
