Question Navigation not working

Hello CL,
I am new and just wanted to see if you can help me out. I have an '02 IS300. My OEM head unit CD player was not working so i opted in buying a Pioneer head unit installed by Bestbuy. So i gave them the head unit, metra-tyto-01 wiring harness and a few hours later im driving down the road lost. At first the OEM in dash Nav worked but then it shut off and sometimes the screen just pops open by itself. Well it doesn't do that anymore. the whole system does not turn on but i can still open and close it. When i hit the buttons i can here the beeps but no picture. I took it back and they checked the wiring and fuses, called crutchfield. They were stumped. I don't know anything about this and i don't want to try it myself and further the damage. any help would be awesome. Thanks.

If you have a OEM in dash Navigation i would wouldn't reccommend it. You might get the same problem i have been getting. Iv'e been doing research and can't find anything that could fix the problem other than dishing the OEM Nav and getting a new Headunit with Nav.
