Wassup fellow installers, i was wondering if anyone know where to take the practice test for basic mecp certification test online, it used to be on the mecp site itself but since i last checked some years ago its now off the site, i have a friend that needs a certification but doesn't want to walk into the test blind without being prepared, especially when its not free, so if anyone out there has a link i would really appreciate it, or even a study guide would work, thanks all

the basic is no longer available, and sells on amazon and google for like 60-70 bux used, but i just ordered the advanced for myself for like 50 dollars, so its up to him, hes not ready for advanced but the advanced guide is cheaper than the basic, weird,.. i have the basic certification which was pretty simple so if the advanced book touches the same type of subjects and terms he might be okay just reading my guide when it comes in...

i attended the one in Canada which is no longer open.

great theory, but wasn't worth the money.

 

yeah i just checked out there site and they look pretty thorough for covering basic and some advanced, but for 2grand for the online course i think its a little overpriced, but attending the class in person might be alot more beneficial cost wise and hands on training wise, but good lookin out man, its always good to have multiple options
