USB Panel Mounts
I bought the cheapy for $8 shipped. it should do the job for my stealth install.
I know that Habious has a similar adapter instaled in the ashtray of his car.
Though this would be useful to those with USB options.

I would imagine that you would need to keep these runs as short as possible.
