I am a first time lexus owner. I just purchased a 2006 gx470 with a factory installed dvd player with a rear screen. I can't seem to get it to work. It could be the user or the player itself. I was wondering if I can take it to a toyota dealership to have it looked at or do I have to take it to a Lexus dealership.

 

should be under warranty, take it to Lexus, not Toyota..

you need a working remote control which are usually removed by detailer so you need to buy another one.
