Default SC400 making skipping sound

the stock nakamichi amp is creating a skipping sound. I have taken it apart and found that one of the 2 white round (relays I believe) is clicking. its not the relay itself nor the tall brown (capacitors I believe) are the culprit. I have another amp with the same components internally so I have been swapping them out one by one down the line. I would have just put that one in but its from an LS and it has different harness connectors.

Anyway, I hope this makes sense. Im hoping to find a better way to resolve this issue other than trial and error. Please help if you can. Thanks!

It seems as though one of the two round and white relays isnt getting enough power. I plugged it back in and it seemed to work intermittently. Im not sure what supplies the power to it. Anyone have any ideas why these may not be getting the power they need?

PLEASE HELP! Im so close with this I can taste it!
