Hi community:

So far I have been working on installing a CD player into my car which is a 1996 Lexus LS400. So far I by-passed the amp, but when I volume up I just get crackling.

Its an 4 ohm deck going into the non-nak speakers, which I think are 1 ohm?? maybe 2 ohms??

any suggestions or ideas on how to fix this? I have my power of the deck ran straight from the car battery, is this the cause?
