Help me somebody??? Japanese Touchscreen???

I have a sc400 1991 japanese import. it has the japanese audio/touchscreen in it and i dont know japanese. can anybody tell me if i can get an english one or calibrate or something. Please help

Some of the members on here speak Japanese. Maybe if you get a screen shots up they can walk you though it to a setting. This is just a shot in the dark but may be worth trying.
