Have you even tried to do it? It's really easy, even without a DIY thread. There's 4 (i believe) screws on the lower part of the door panel at the bottom. One behind the inside door handle after you pop off a small panel hiding it. There's one obvious one towards the back of the door,by the latch. And mine was missing this one (someone had been in there before),there should be one under the armrest. You have to tilt your head down and look up to see it. After the screws are removed, gently pull towards you to release the plastic clips holding the panel to the inner skin. Then lift up to pull it all the way off. Forgot one towards the front of the door inside the round "vent" for the side defogger.
thats such a ruff write up on how to do it but dead on, i had screw 99gsthree was missing on mine when i pulled the panels. and if you have 5.25s i feel robbed bc i only had 4s lol.

according to the12volt.com, the lexus gs300 has 5.25" speakers. and i believe if you want to upgrade to aftermarket speakers you might as well go 6.5 in order to avoid having to seal the the gap in the speaker cabinet
