hello all,

3 days ago i started to notice that my amp sub got a whole lot quieter. I thought it was just me, but I confirmed it with differents songs.

The bass quality is ok, but very quiet, even with high volume.

No settings were changed. I had the setup (Alpine Type R 12' + Kenwood Amp) for over 3 great yrs now....is it time for a new sub?

Btw, i dont think its the battery because the car is 8 month old

If you wanna see if a sub is blown take a voltmeter and test the ohms on the sub and if it stays 0 then its blown.
