Just wondering what the biggest size in-dash "screen'' can fit inside where the stock stereo system is? I noticed alot of people had fillers or backings to make it look flush, is there any unit I can use without having to fabricate something like that?

 

whatever you do decide to put in..you will have to do some kind of fabricating. i believe the biggest size you can fit in there with minimal fabricating/modifying would be 7"
