Question Best Line Output Converter For Adding a Amplifier to a stock system

I have a Non-ML system in my IS350. I just got the 4080 12" custom box with 12" Polk SR124 speaker. I will be using a Alpine PDX-1.600 amp to power this monster. What would be the best line converter to tap into the stock subwoofer line? I was thinking of going with the PAC SNI-15. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Audio Control makes good LOCs. You can also use JL Clean Sweep or Rockford 3Sixty.2. I think you're gonna need a laptop or palm to tune the 3Sixty.2. If you're Alpine fan, they also make PXA-H701 and PXE-H650. Not quiet sure you can use them with the stock head unit.
