Hi, I am a new 2008 GS 350 owner. I found a mod chip on ebay. Here is the link to it:

Does anyone have any experience with it or know anything about it? The seller claims increased fuel efficiency, which is what interests me the most.

I would post this thread on the Third Generation GS Forum. Personally, I am skeptical about this product, especially for $8.79!

 

As I recall, performance chips are several hundred $ just for vehicles like Chevy and Ford trucks, that is why I am skeptical. I have no knowledge of this Black Storm product.

 

There are no such things as 'chips' for the GS, or any Lexus for that matter. Don't waste your time or money.

This is probably a resistor that is hooked up to the MAF telling it that the air coming in is colder than actually is. This fools the car into delivering more fuel and, according to the seller, "Adds 75 HP NOW!". Pass.
