I have a 97 es300 and i purchased a kenwood exelon double din nav/dvd head unit. i have the dash kit already but i am new to audio stuff and i really need some help on how i can install it. does anyone have a DIY or something that can help me install the headunit. It has a seperate nav brain and if it matters i have subs hooked up.

am i getting into a hard install, because i asked a local shop and they said it would be 400 dollars to install

you're getting into a time consuming install, mainly because of the hideaway brain. It's not that hard to do the install. $400 is a lot for a double din as well as brain install.
