Frequencies and antennas are the same. The thing is the steps in between each frequency. I do believe in Japan the steps are "finer", every 0.1 mhz versus 0.2 over here. At least that's how it was on the McIntosh MX406 that I had.
Example... 94.7, 94.9 for ours during selection. For theirs it's probably 94.7, 94.8, 94.9.
