Default Electrical Problems

I have a 93 SC400 and the seat memory, alarm, and the rear defogger don't work. Are all these related in some way? I've checked the fuses under the drivers side dash. Is there some other place that a fuse could be blown?

It might be a fuse or a short somewhere. Some cars have fuseboxes under the hood, i dont know about the SC. Check all the fuses, sometimes things that you think would be under one fuse are under a different, unrelated fuse. Did they previously work?

They have never worked since I've owned the car, which is about 6 months now. All the fuses under the drivers side dash are good. I checked them with my multimeter.
