Not sure how to describe it better. Most of the time, FM sounds very uneven and almost like they are stuttering. AM hardly works at all, very staticy, but it's been that way for years. Any ideas, could it be the antenna connection, or just the tuner going bad?

CD changer plays very clear and clean sounding.
