I have a digital capacitor hooked up to my amp,just yesterday when i turned on my stereo the first hit the capacitor went down to 7.0,then went dim so I turned off my deck and a few minutes later I noticed it was at 14.2,what happened,i discharged it now when I charge it the light never goes off on the resistor
