subwoofer controller question
Hello, I brought my car to a local audio shop that i always go to and they just installed my new amp and sub. My question is on my indash, I have a subwoofer controller option, and when i change it to the minimal or to the maximum, the subwoofer still bumps the same, it doesnt get lower or higher, then i tried another option on my indash that has subwoofer on or off and when i choose off, the sub still stays on, i was wondering if maybe they hooked up my amp wrong? someone please help. thanks!

That's the shop I would probably not go to again--
They connected your sub amp to the rear out instead of the non-fader out--

neither would i, but i jus came bak from the audio shop and that wasnt the problem. everything was connected right, its just i guess the processor i bought for my indash, (KDS-P900) didnt allow me to control the sub, when it was disconnected, the sub controlls worked fine with the kvt-911dvd. so I guess it was the processor that was causing my sub to stay on at the same setting the whole time. I think that's pretty gay that kenwood made their processor that way, maybe the kds-p901 fixed that error? but thanks for the feedback guys, i appreciate it.
