Question Double Din Help for GS300

I'm currently looking for a 1998-2000 GS300. If it doesn't come with NAV i want to install a double din dvd unit such as the one below. Should it fit straight in or will I need some sort of kit? If so where can I get the kit?

Thanks man, I actually don't even know what that monitor is...I was just looking for a pic of anything that looks similar to what I want just so it wouldn't be any question about what I meant. But yea it does look like crap, lol.

The double DIN kit from Carson Toyota is a factory kit from Toyota in Japan. It fits perfectly and matches to Lexus dash color to a T. If you're going for a NAV/IPON/DVD/XM/TUNER/NAV TRAFFIC, the Kenwood unit is hard to beat. Pioneer's new Z-1 is a great unit also, but the IPOD connection on the Kenwood is thru a USB Port so it's instantaneous while the Pioneer unit has a definite loading and lag time.

My question is:

Is this truly match the same color as the AC controls?

I have a Double Din kit from TM Engineering and that one is pure black plastic.

This one also looks pure black.
Can someone actually post a pic of this DD Kit Installed so we can see the color?

Edit>

W0w! nice. I guess I'll be ordering this one instead.
