Hello fellow club lexus members. I was inquiring about an equalizer for my kenwood kvt-911dvd, by doing some research, i found that by purchasing the KDS-P901, it will give me the sound controls I would like with the highs, mids lows, etc. But it seems a little too costly, and I was trying to go to another route by seeing if I could just purchase a seperate equalizer such as the

I know that if I hooked up the P901 the audio settings i set it to will always be on, but if I hooked up the equalizer, will the settings always be on? Hope this didnt confuse anyone.
